    • Disposal of shipping-related material is the responsibility of customer

ONLINE PURCHASES ACROSS CANADA

For the most economical shipping cost, we ship to distribution centres across Canada (see locations below) where possible for you to pick up.

  • Most Futon Packages (Frame & Mattress) can fit in SUVs, pickups and vans.
  • Futon Mattresses can fit into many cars.
  • Covers orders only, are shipped via Canada Post to your home.
If you can’t find a location near you, please contact the The Futon Shop for costs: 1-844-933-8866. You will be notified within 24 hours of receiving your order about the approximate shipping time of your products.

    If your product is in stock we usually ship within 7 days. You will notified if it will be later. We have a good selection of frames stained and ready to go. If we do not have yours in stock, will let you know what we do have. If your frame needs to be ordered it could take 4-6 weeks. 


    MISSED YOU

    If you have agreed to a scheduled delivery time and are NOT AT HOME to receive the items at the scheduled time, please call to re-schedule a delivery for a different day.

    There will be a charge for the 2nd attempt delivery equal to the cost of the first attempt. If you have any questions, please give us a call.  

    PRODUCT DAMAGE

    In the event that damage occurs during the shipping process, this must be clearly noted on the shipping documents at the time of delivery.  Failure to do so, may affect the Damage Claim eligibility.  

    **Note: Please keep original packaging to ensure return transport. **

    ASSEMBLY

    Most items require some assembly. Delivery does not include assembly service.

    FUTON PACKAGES

    Most Futon Package Orders outside of the Greater Toronto Area will be shipped. We ship to many distribution centres across Canada for easy pickup. You can also pickup at our factory direct showroom at 5205 Harvester Rd Burlington, Ontario. For those in the Barrie/Collingwood area we recommend calling ahead for a shipping quote. When checking out, customers must select a Shipping Terminal Location closest to their home (NOT A HOME ADDRESS) and must pick up product at the Shipping Terminal location.
